Therefore, make the delivery of your items as smooth as possible by insuring it will fit into your desired room. There is nothing more disappointing than having to wave goodbye to the perfect piece because it won't fit through your door.
Using this guide to take all the necessary measurements of your home to make sure your selected furniture will fit.
Firstly you need to get the dimensions right.
Please see the "package dimensions" information in the product description of your desired furniture. Once you have these dimensions, you can use these as a guide to ensure our team will be able to fit your new furniture into your home. If you have more than one package then you need to make sure each individual one will be able to fit.
Get Measuring
Doors and Entryways
Measure the height and width of all doors, entryways, and entry clearances. Make sure there is enough space throughout the access route to get your furniture in your home. Keep in mind space for turning around corners if needed.
Stairs and Landing
Carrying large furniture up and down the stairs can be very awkward sometimes, so please measure them at the narrowest part including the width between the banisters and the stair-to-ceiling height. If there is a landing, then the width, depth, and height all need to be greater than the dimensions of your furniture.
Lifts
If you have a lift that we will be able to use for your delivery then measure the width of the lift doors when open as well as the width, height, and depth of the inside of the lift. If these dimensions are greater than the packaged dimensions then all should be fine.
Hallways
All hallways that your furniture will need to pass through to get to the designated spot will need to be measured. It would be helpful if you note down all the narrowest points and of course don't forget to consider any obstructions such as shelving, radiators, and light fixtures.
We also recommend using newspapers to map out how much space the furniture will need in the desired position, so you can see whether it will be suitable for you. To do this, be sure to use the actual product dimensions from the product description. If you have selected a sofa bed also check the measurements of the extended length.
If any products are unable to fit into or through your home, then this will be your responsibility.

We work with transporter companies which specialize in furniture transportation. After importing all products located in Europe, they are delivered to you without any surprise charges. Your order is delivered to your door. It cannot be moved to the apartment. If your house is in a central place where our vehicles cannot enter, or on a narrow street, we will deliver it to your address at the closest possible point.
After placing your order, you will receive regular information at every stage. Our drivers and communication team will inform you about the delivery date and time.
There are assembly instructions in the boxes of the products that require assembly. However, if you still want to receive assembly service, please contact us. We will let you know the current price, and after your confirmation and payment, you will receive the service.
The payment term is 50% bank transfer and the remaining 50% by bank transfer before shipment or payment on delivery.
